Quick update

I found out that the red indicator lighting up whenever the torch is supposed to fire means that something is wrong with the consumables (in most cases means the electrode is stuck), but we had already changed them several times.

Then we noticed that we couldn't hear any airflow coming from the torch even as it failed to fire. We then opened the hypertherm to check if there was something blocking the pipe, and it seems that the air can go through the whole thing except one valve connected to the electronics of the hypertherm.
After trying to fire the torch while checking said valve, I can say it won't open.

I don't if the valve is broken or stuck and must be replaced, or if the problem comes from the electronics
