Yes Thanks, and Merry Christmas to everyone on here ,
Hi , also i am looking for someone who is a certified electrical technician in the Toronto area ,if so could you contact me , Thanks
I just got back from the shop in Scarborough. Nice machine, can wait to see it cutting. The accuracy is excellent and the speed is very impressive. Max speed was 260 inches/min and lots of torque.
George, let me know when the spindles come in.

Those and nice frames but your prices are really low . wow!
If your opening a store, will they pay the rent and overhead for all your hard work ? I'm just saying this since ive had a business and you will get lots of customers who were willing to pay the cheapest price, but it doesn't pay the bills.
I bet you would sell more of them at twice the price.
They do look a bit shakey though with the high narrow side plates and your bottom bearing only a few inches apart.
Do you cut the side plates in your shop?
Hi Thanks , no the prices will not pay the bills , if you know how much aluminum cost , as those prices are production price for large sales , we at this time don’t even make enough to pay someone minimum wage to assemble them , some people that got first even paid less then it cost to make them , on the supported rails machine, as they paid only production price on frame and import wholesale parts, and they will be a lot more once we get caught up on machines, if we don’t make 30 or 40 at a time we make nothing ,even the 30x48 1/2 " t slot solid aluminum we sell for $375 ,it would almost cost you that for just the aluminum non machined ,if you went to a machine shop and ask to make that table top it would be a least 700 to 800. But they are going to be going up a lot soon ,once on eBay they be a lot more , was just giving the first people a big break on them so we could get are name out there,
The machine has been tested a lot and there no shaky in any part of the machine , we had one problem and took week or longer to find it ,because we didn’t even think of it , but we are always looking to make the machines even better than they are , yes we make all parts here in 2 shops , and have 2 of the best machinists i think that have put a lot into these machines to make them perfect and a few people around Toronto that have helped , and for me not knowing much about machining or cycle time or labor ,set up , what i thought was just a drilled hole to me , turn out to be a lot more work than just a hole , tapping and pocketed rails i thought was nothing is a ton of work , but now i see the amount of work they do , but time will be limited on these prices for sure ,
But the good thing is about 90 % of the machine is USA and Canadian made parts and labor
Also that you can’t see is the ballscrew end shaft bearing , as they are equal in quality to a NSK $150 bearings , and the new machines will be all double nutted on X and Y
cool. i need to come visit you next weekend and work out my order.
is it possible to reinforce the base with 2 crossbeams? just extrusions running in the Y direction to give more support to the table.
whats the advantage to the double nuts?
Hi ,you mean across the X between the 4080 profile, yes you could put 2,3 or more if you like
