    Gentlemen
I have a Mazak Nexus 6000 Horizontal and I want to know if there is a system variable to monitor what pallet is in the machine? Thank You

You will probably have to refer to the MTB manual to see if one was setup to track this. How many pallets do you have?

We used to edit the M61&M62 macro for pallet changes. We added a statement like below. This way we could set-up safeguard commands to ensure the correct program was run on the right pallet.

Some HMC's I've worked on had M code form the manufacturer already did this.m Very Handy.

    M61 Macro
    #701=1. (PALLET #1)

    M62 Macro
    #701=2.(PALLET #2)
