    Hi,

    Would like to clear this.
    I have try wiring like that this morning.
    Result are that i have the input at all time (LED Red)
    The LED on the switch does change from when it see the metal or not.

    Could you clarify that plz.

    If prox are hooked up without resistor, the light will come on when it is triggered . If hooked up with resistor it turns into a PNP with power in line till it is triggered.

    ViperXZ , all 30mm rails and 5 inch travel Z axis. Closer to 6 inch travel now

    It trigger now on the led on card.
    Nothing between plus and input.

    But nothing happen in mach3

    You have to set them up in mach3 , set as limit or home or both

    ViperXZ 1 HP ER20 spindle will have lots of vids, them will do the same with 2.7HP spindle to show difference

    You still get almost 5 inch travel that way too, just set soft limit there or reverse bearing houses

    why the Z plate, your do not do a few mm longer? the alignment would be easier.

    and also a slightly wider.
    It would also be good, not hinder the screw head to place the spindle mount.:idea:

    The viperX is very easy to do the assembly, but, must modify the Z plate.
    The vast majority of buyers do not have the ability to George, for alignment.

    I don't find that an issue myself.
    The plate align almost by itself and my K2 mount bolt from the outside
