I hope the person who replied told you that your 15 degree face angle cannot meet a sharp edge without burr issues. Either a flat needs to be designed into that area or each part will need hand deburred and you will end up with a radius there. Usually people bid away here with out asking relevant questions. If these were metal parts you could leave a sharp edge and tumble a radius on, but this is plastic, which you can't tumble, these will need attention by hand, driving the price up. Unfortunately most will overlook this and bid anyway.

I made a .020" flat on the prototype but, forgot to draw it. Thanks for the observation. Anyone bidding please keep this in mind.

There is no problem if you needed to tumble the plastic part, Plastic parts tumble very well, You could machine this part without a burr, you just need to know how

Twice as many parts for exactly the same price? Man, I'm glad you don't do pricing for ME.

Do twice as many parts also take half as much time?

$1.78 for each at a quantity of 2000

$2.98 for each at a quantity of 1000

You like that dumb @$$, open bidding is stupid, don't do it!
No this is not a actual bid, to cheap for us, and I'm sure their workmanship shows it.

Haha, glad you quoted this to make the edit job meaningless. The lack of professionalism on this and the related site are pretty sad. Funny the open bidding hasn't created the normal reverse auction.

Pretty sad, taking baseless pot shots at me to try to make yourself look good. You must be the guy that bid without questioning the print.

No pot shots taken at you, just the facts, that you would not of said what you did if you had known how to make the part

No I did not bid on the part,I have to much work on, or I would have bid, if I had of bid on the part it would of been much less than the prices, that were put up on here

Much less? They were quoting $3 for 1000 and $2 for 2000. How much lower could you go? Do you own a shop or are you doing this on the side? What is your hourly rate? Not trying to be rude, just very interested.
