    Question Looking for a Chrome Welding Machine?

    Hi anyone,

    I m looking for a 304 quality chrome welding machine(not aluminyum welding machine). How can i find that machine?

    For example, we have a two chrome piece.And we want to weld(attach) that two chromes. Can anyone suppose us any machine like that.

    Do you chrome moly?

    Chrome is a coating that is plated onto the surface. If you want to join two chrome pieces by welding them, you first have to grind off the chrome in that area, then weld and then get the whole piece re-welded..

    If in fact you are talking about chrome moly, then a tig welder would be your best option.

    304 is usually a term for a grade of stainless steel. Any DC tig welder can be used on stainless, with the correct filler rod.

    thanks for replies,

    @piwko4 , no it isnt chrome moly, it is a 0,60mm chrome letter.There is 0,60mm side chrome and 1mm chrome front. we making a 3d chrome letter.and we use solder. but solder is very expensive and taking time.
