    help! need to find chaining settings

    every time I chain a profile the tool path starts at the midpoint of a line, even when I choose a new start point. Can someone please direct me too the setting that controls this?

    In the lead in / lead out dialog, there should be a box to check that says "Enter/exit at midpoint in closed contours". Uncheck that.
