aluminum side milling at 90 degrees, how to?

Hello, I own a unimat db-200 and currently operating it as a mill.
I am having issues on milling aluminum on right angles.

I have tried the clamp to hold the aluminum block and it seems it does not hold the piece perpendicular. I have tried to make the spindle perpendicular to the clamp but again the next cut always is a bit deeper.

disappointed by the clamp I tried the milling table, which gave good accuracy.
But now I have only milled the two larger sides of the square aluminum block. Keeping the aluminum with the narrow sides facing the milling table seems difficult. The clamp would be a good solution if it would work ok.

What am I doing wrong? and how to mill the 4 narrow sides of the aluminum square block?

Use a couple of small T-Slot milling clamps to hold your work down on top of a thin sheet of sacrificial material (allows you to mill to the bottom of your part without t0uching the table). After milling one side use a piece of round bar aligned with a T slot (use a size that is big enough not to drop through but small enough to give solid positioning) to set your machined face parallel to the table slots and machine the next face.
Your clamp doesn't hold your work reliably or repeatably because there is a small amount of float in the moving parts, a toolmakers vice where the moving jaw is pulled down to the vice bed as well as clamping the work would be an excellent investment in repeatable workholding if you want something quicker (for some jobs) than T-Slot Milling Clamps,
    Regards,
    Nick
