    Huanyang 2.2kW VFD.

    I have an Haunyang VFD driving a 2.2kW motor on a lathe, which is working perfectly. I have just added a remote panel to it which works but only when I hold the start button in, as soon as I let go of it the motor stops.
    Have gone through the manual but cannot find out how to correct it such that it latches in when the start button is pressed.
    Any advice please?
    One thing I have not done is to connect an RST core back to the VFD, could this be the problem?

    Sorted.
    RST core connected and now working okay.
