I first drew two circles with X"0" Y"0", one was smaller than the other (1/4” or so), then I divided both circles into 360 parts (change > break > divide). I then changed colors and drew 5 join lines from the ends of the top arc segments the first one being the “0” or top line and then 4 more to the right of the circle at the end of each arc segment. When all 5 were done I selected by color everything except the lines (degree marks) and deleted them. Then I placed a point at 50% of the line on lines 2 thru 4, then trimmed the line to the point. You should have 5 lines drawn 1* apart from each other and 4 points on the center lines, removed the points, then select all. Then select change, then rotate and make sure it is by coordinates and around axis “Z” is 5 and the scale is 1, and “make a copy” is checked, in the number of copies type 72 and hit ok…hope this made sense and helps
