    HPR Plasma hole burning

    I need help with fixing the lead in and lead out of the Hypertherm HPR260. please see attach pick of the hole, I have change the lead out to work close to a hole but it is still leaving a little of the burn out mark on the plate.
    not sure if the problem is from the lead in or the lead out. the current lead out for the hole in the picture is leadout 0.15; radius 0.03 angle 60. consumable is 260 on 5/8 plates. if anyone have a better quality holes please let me know how you set it. the HPR260 doesn't have True Hole technology.

    I use that plasma aswell. It support the quality hole transformation so you dont have to manually set leadins. It cuts perfect holes, always. As long as the hole is bigger than the thickness of the sheet.
