    Tool Changer Arm Stuck

We are in the middle of a tool changer issue down here and I need assistance. Here is what I have.

    We have a SMTC.
It looks like the spindle did not orientate or it is not in position how the machine sit right now.
The tool pot is not completely down, it appears to be half way down in the middle of the arm "claw".
The arm is under the spindle and tool pot.
There is a tool in the spindle.
The machine was turned off and back on so the machine is not homed out.
Alarm 626 comes up when ATC FWD or ATC REV is pressed

    Thanks for the assistance.

First press 'reset' so the alarm dissapears.
Then push the 'recover' button and follow further instructions on the screen.

I tried that with no success, I actually had to disable the tool changer in the parameters and then single axis home each axis and then do the recover. As I did the Z single axis home I had to hit the tool release button so I could get the tool out of the spindle. The cause to all of this was that the M19 was about 50 degrees off. I adjusted the orientation and we are back in business.

    Thanks for the reply.
