    Trumpf Laser 3030 unloading problem

    Hi Guys,

We have a Trumpf TruLaser 3030 and it works pretty good except few issues with burr on stainless parts.
We use micro joints for thin material with good success and do sheet cut at the end to cut huge sheets into manageable size.
We are having problem when unloading these small portions of sheets from pallet and parts coming loose and fall all over the floor.
Can you guys suggest any good solution for this?
I heard that some companies use kind of a net under the pallet for small parts so they don't fall on the floor when unloading.

    Thanks,
    Murali

We use a steel tray with rollers that catches all parts that fall. And you can roll it out pick out your parts, and than shovel all excess slugs and unneeded parts into a dumpster.

Thanks for your reply. I am curious how big is your tray and do you happen to know the manufacturer/seller ?
I get the idea but a picture would be really appreciated to convince my boss to buy one.

We built our own. take a piece of sheet steel, weld on some 1" sides, weld some rollers on the bottom, and a handle on the end to pull in and out. I will try to take a picture and send it out to you.
