I'm a newbie and seeking to find a solution to this problem ---> why is my drawing falls outside my working area and why is my tiny PCB board becomes so gigantic when i open it in mach 3?

The program limits on the screen you posted tell you the size of the g-code, which appears correct. The "cursor" in the lower left of the toolpath screen shows the current position of the tool, which matches what the DRO's say.

Nothing looks out of the ordinary, unless you have your machine set up to only work in negative coordinates.
    How big is your table?

Thanks for your reply. What do u mean by negative coordinates only? My table size is 400mm x 450m.

At first glance it appears your program may have been posted in the wrong units.

I assume your board is in mm. Mach is displaying active G20 which is inches. If your code does not have G21 to specify mm units it will display as inches in the backplot.

Edit: I now see that the code specifies inches in the code. If this is not correct check the units settings in pcb to gcode plugin for eagle.

I'd recommend watching the homing, limits and offsets video at ArtSoft USA - Home of Mach3 and LazyCam to get an understanding of how to set up your machine, and where the origin is located.
