EMO World Tour: The exhibition is very popular with Slovaks
Time flies, the EMO Hannover 2017 is approaching ever closer. And so the EMO World Tour is slowly coming to an end. In Slovakia, the head of the VDW trade fair department, Christoph Miller, and Hartwig von Saß campaigned for the fair in September. The economic outlook for Slovakia is currently dazzling. Three large-scale projects in the automotive industry and a positive development of private consumption are creating optimism. The investment in the eight most important customer industries for machine tools is expected to increase by 6.9 per cent. Good conditions for a visit to the EMO Hannover.
Slovakian exhibitors are going to travel with different goals in mind. Tomas Richnavsky, Sales Manager at Spinea, explained in Bratislava that the EMO is the most important trade fair in the world. There he wants to increase his leads by 20 percent and make the only European manufacturer of high-precision gearboxes even more popular. The company is already supplying parts to the robot manufacturer Kuka.
Peter Schmeringa, on the other hand, is looking for new cooperation partners. His company, Biatec, has developed a new technology for lasers processing and honing ultra-hard materials: "The EMO in Hanover is the best event for this. Whoever has anything to feature will be present there."
