    Fanuc 10T - SV 011 LSI Overflow

    Hello,

We have a moriseiki sl-2 ,fanuc 10t controller, dc velocity servo unit

Does anyone meet this error beforeX Axis : SV 011 LSI overflow error while machine ready and x axis move rapidly then stop with this alarm (there is no alarm on servo unit)

I checked all forum also 10t maintenance manual, i did and recheck what they said and check all parameter 1816. 1820 . 1825-----1830 and others servo spec,

But there is no wrong parameter or anything, i change servo velocity unit with another working one, but problem same , i swapped x and z axis servo motor include pulsecoder , problem still same

I find 40 Pin ICs for LSI (on masterboard) and changed but problem still same, checked and clean carbon brush but their condition is good

Only one thing; servo velocity unit is ready when change motor cable or CV1 to CV2 on masterboard , or CF1 to CF2 on masterboard,

only one configuration as above effect it to ready condition of servo unit,

If we try to move any axis manually 2 axis move rapidly and stop then appears excess error , if no action for move machine is waiting for ready condition

Which kind of problem could be , is this from masterboard? ,

    Anyone help or any idea

    Regards

Had this happen twice on 2 different machines. Replaced both power and feedback cables for axis and problem solved. Can't guarantee this is your problem but it was mine. If its jumping around I would say its your feedback cable.

    Hello again

For this problem we checked all cable but their condition is good

So last thing is masterboard because pulsecoder and velocity unit connect to CV1-CV2/CF1, CF2

Is this problem happen from masterboard ?

    Spec NO is A16B-1010-0040
