I've been chasing an Axis Drive Fault issue for a couple years. This intermittent issue has now become a persistent issue.
Machine has a persistent A Axis Drive Fault on boot up. It will not reset.
If I disable the A Axis, it moves to Z Axis Drive Fault. If I disable the Z Axis it moves to X Axis Drive Fault.
If I disable the Z and X axis, I still get A Axis drive fault.
I have swapped multiple servo amps. No change.
I have sent my Mocon board in for repair, and also swapped Mocon boards with another machine. Problem stayed with this machine.
I have swapped vector drives with another machine. Problem stayed with this machine.
I unplugged the A Axis motor, and disabled the A Axis. It still moved to Z Axis Drive Fault.
I verified low voltage power (yellow/white/black) going in the servo amps is +12v / -12v (+/- .1v).
Where else should I be looking?
Thanks!
