To give you an impression of what we do here in Geldern, I took a look over the colleagues' shoulders in the assembly who are building the AceroDURO industrial milling machine. The frame is ready, and the components are being fitted. They prepare everything so that our electronics engineer can mount and wire the drive motors on the respective axes.
Then, during the final assembly, the last components are attached, such as the T-slot plates. Further test runs also occur, during which my colleagues pay attention to any noises that are not part of a properly functioning machine.
Other functional tests and a spindle test follow until the CNC milling machine is safely packed and handed over to its new owner.
