Our tool length sensor is a handy accessory that can make your milling and engraving work incredibly easy. During use, the tool length is measured automatically.
Useful for tool change & zero point determination
The sensor is particularly practical if different cutters or gravers are used during machining or if a tool breaks off in the middle of the process and is replaced by a new one. The reason for this is that the manual clamping process is not 100% identical to the previous tool.
Automatic length measurement
There is no need to worry about this because the tool length sensor and KinetiC-NC software automatically detects and corrects this difference. This avoids misalignment during machining.
