We see UMATI a powerful layer able to normalize machines’ data along the OPC/UA standards offering Independent software vendors and system integrators information ready to be used with different production applications like ERP, MES, CMMS, BI they provide .

We complement UMATI covering the first level of connectivity with edge computing technology for new and existing machines and plants which do not comply with OPC/UA standard. We may then automatically feed UMATI with data through our OPC/UA server allowing a full integrated solution covering all the existing machinery of a shop floor, from electromechanics to last generation special machines.

Moreover machine builders may take advantage of this integrated solution to offer their customers an INDUSTRY4.0 multivendor machine monitoring system under their own brand.
