What expectations do you have of umati, what do you expect from the partnership?

Through the partnership with umati we hope to have a common interface in order to be able to control our guide bushes better in the future. We hope that the customer will also be able to obtain data that he can implement productively, e.g. with which pressure can which part be produced? How long do the guide tongs last? Is the guide clamp correctly adjusted? 

What advantages does umati offer your company and your customers?

A common control language in the machines facilitates the further development and use of our products. Interfaces are no longer “tinkered with”, but there is one that can be used universally. 

How do you evaluate the expansion of the Umati initiative to the entire mechanical engineering industry?

A good solution for the future that also helps smaller companies to improve their products, also in the direction of Industry 4.0.
