How do hydrogen technologies and carbon capture solutions enable the ramp‑up of Power‑to‑X derivatives such as ammonia, ethanol, or methane? This question will take center stage at Hannover Messe on April 21, starting at 10:00, during the panel discussion “Industrial Derivatives for Climate Transformation” at the Energy Solution Lab in Hall 12.

The discussion will bring together leading experts from industry and technology development. Peter Müller‑Baum (VDMA P2X4A)  will join Tristan Kretschmer (Electric Hydrogen), Ulrich Vögtle (Everllence), and Sebastian Steul VDMA Power Systems) to explore how scalable hydrogen production and carbon capture technologies can accelerate the industrial deployment of Power‑to‑X derivatives.

The panel will focus on practical pathways for transforming green hydrogen and captured CO₂ into climate‑neutral molecules – from ammonia and synthetic methane to ethanol – and on the technological, economic, and infrastructure challenges that must be addressed to move from pilot projects to large‑scale industrial applications.
